According to StarWars.com, the official title of Star Wars Episode 8 will be The Last Jedi. We’ve already heard some speculation as to who this last Jedi may be. The most obvious answer would seem to be Luke Skywalker, and maybe it’s that simple. Or maybe the title is referring to Rey, or perhaps another character or idea.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is scheduled for release December 15, 2017.
